Training Program Management

For over 20 years Patricia Schmaltz has managed training programs for OPM, and the USDA Graduate School.  The training programs consisted of IT, Networking and Technical Writing courses and were conducted all over Europe and the U.S.  While Marketing Director for a DoD contractor, Dr. Schmaltz developed multiple stateside training programs for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) professionals,  "Working Groups on Explosive Tools".  Through Dr. Schmaltz' efforts, EOD professionals of the military, and Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies received the highest quality of hands-on training of explosive tools in order to enhance their capabilities, training opportunities and safety.  Over one thousand bomb technicians from all over the US have attended these Working Groups, gaining valuable knowledge on the tools, their deployment and how to team with other bomb squads.
